I was really looking forward to trying Chase Scent Oils after hearing so many great things, and I was excited to support the brand. Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. I placed an order for 10 rollerball oils, but only TWO of them work properly. The rest require excessive pressure just to get the rollerball to rotate, making them nearly impossible to apply.
This isn’t what I expected from a company with such a strong reputation. It’s frustrating to invest in a product you were genuinely excited about, only to be let down by poor functionality. I hope this is a rare occurrence, but it was enough to leave me second-guessing a future purchase.
