Due to the nature of our fragrance products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any items purchased through our online store. Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be returned for reasons including:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Dissatisfaction with scent
- Incorrect selection by the customer
We strongly encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, fragrance notes, bottle sizes, and concentrations before completing their purchase.

Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
